(short name "Eagle Power") was established in 2009, now is a professional manufacturer and exporter of land-use generator set, marine generator set, gas generator set, diesel engine driven equipment (such as Cummins diesel engine + water pumps, Cummins diesel engine + clutches, Cummins diesel engine +marine gear boxes), diesel engine power pack, explosion-proof diesel engine, and diesel engine spare parts.
Why We Are Different From The Others
We have various quality and specs products that could meet different market’ requirement. We have an ever-expanding range of diesel/ gas generator set, diesel engine driven power pack (such as diesel engine + water pumps, diesel engine + clutches, diesel engine +marine gear boxes), diesel engine, explosion-proof diesel engine for global customers and that meet CE Standards.
Usually we contact customers by email and telephone. We also go abroad every 2 years to different market to visit our current customers. We’ll meet and talk face to face for a better understanding.
We have consistently maintained our promise: “don’t sell to our current customer’s customers”. We will never reveal our customer’s company name or purchase scale without permission. We have the obligation that protect our current customers’ benefit and trade secrets.
It’s not easy to establish mutual trust, but we’ll make our best effort for that. We aim at long-term relationship and focus on quality and cooperation relationship maintenance. We won’t make bad quality goods to kill future market and cooperation.
If any customers make quality complains, we’ll forward it to our service team. They will report directly to our factory manager.
Usually we will hold a meeting with production, purchasing and packaging departments in 24 hours, and will response in 48 hours with feedback and solution.
