Product Introduction:
Explosion-proof Double Trolley Overhead Crane is an explosion-proof crane product developed by Eagle Power explosion-proof industry alliance which has the advantages of superior performance, safety and reliability, energy saving, high efficiency and low noise and environmental protection, and is widely used in factories, warehousing, material yards and other places of military industry, chemical industry, coal washing plants, pharmaceutical units, and can work in flammable, explosive and corrosive media environments.
Features:
(1) Compact structure and small limit size.
The hoisting mechanism adopts a lightweight design concept: simple structure, compact layout, exquisite appearance, small space occupation and large working range.
(2) Frequency conversion speed regulation, stable operation.
Lifting and large, the trolley running mechanism adopts frequency conversion control, which can reduce the product shaking during lifting and improve the safety of lifting.
(3) The protection device is perfect, safe and reliable.
In addition to double braking, overload protection, lifting limit, overcurrent, undervoltage and loss of pressure, the crane has double braking, overload protection, overload and loss of pressure. A variety of safety protection measures such as short-circuit protection, as well as overspeed protection, stall protection, safety monitoring system and other devices as needed to improve the safety of lifting items.
(4) Integrated transmission, energy saving and high efficiency.
The hoisting motor, reducer and brake are arranged ian integrated manner, which directly drives the drum pack, reduces the transmission chain, and is energy-saving and efficient.
(5) Silent drive, low noise and environmental protection
Its explosion-proof motor or Eagle Power explosion-proof diesel engine is used as the power source, and the motor is a flameproof variable frequency electromagnetic brake three-phase asynchronous motor. The motor speed regulation is stable and impact-free, with large overload capacity and high mechanical strength, especially suitable for short-time or intermittent operation, frequent start-up, braking equipment. The standard insulation level of the motor is F, and the protection level is IP65. The reducer is a fully enclosed hard tooth surface type reducer, the gear is quenched by seepage quenching, and the hardness of the tooth surface can reach 58~62HRC, with high bearing capacity and low working noise. The reducer box cover has high strength and good performance.

Explosion-proof Double Trolley Overhead Crane meets the requirements of the national standards of JB/T 5897 "Explosion-proof Overhead Crane", GB3836.1 "Explosive Atmosphere Part 1: General Requirements for Equipment" and GB3836.2 "Explosive Atmosphere Part 2: Equipment Protected by Flameproof Enclosure "d", and the working level can reach M5.
The working environment temperature of the crane is -20 °C ~ +40 °C, working under the ambient conditions of gas explosive medium, and the explosion-proof level is not higher than or equal to the explosive gas atmosphere formed by combustible gas, steam and air of group B (135 °C), and the applicable hazardous area is zone 1 or zone 2, not applicable to zone 0.
Explosion-Proof Double Trolley Overhead Crane adopts lightweight, modular and parametric design, and the lifting mechanism adopts the new Chinese winch explosion-proof trolley with superior performance and advanced technology, and the running mechanism of the large car adopts a three-in-one drive device to drive respectively, and the control adopts advanced frequency conversion speed control system.
Remark:
Zone 0: A place where explosive gas mixtures occur continuously, frequently or for long periods of time under normal conditions.
Zone 1: Places where explosive gas mixtures are likely to occur under normal circumstances.
Zone 2: Places where explosive gas mixtures cannot be present under normal conditions, and only occasionally occur for short periods of time under abnormal conditions where equipment failure or operational operations are likely to occur.
