1、Metal & Welding

CNC punching machine is used to process the component of gen-sets,With excellent precision,punching error is less than 0.1milimeter. High quality products require specialized equipment,Yingpai Power has a a variety of advanced metal processing equipment including CNC cutting machine,laser cutting machine,CNC punching,CNC bending machines and other professional equipment;processing technology from the plate cutting to put the plate into the laser cutting machine or CNC cutting machine(Efficiency is 20% higher than common punching machine) and cut it into the size according to the drawings to ensure the maximum utilization of the plate and the accuracy of the sheet metal(after laser cutting or punching,the components will be processed to various shapes here),positioning precise laser cutting machine with high processing efficiency,meet the cutting demand of complex shapes,the pieces have been cut should be transfer to CNC punching to punch automatically after PLC set up,after the punch completed,the metal parts will be transferred to the CNC bending process,adjust the appropriate parameter,bend it according to the drawings,after bending,the parts is transferred to the welding area( Welding process),Yingpai Power's welding technical staffs have a wealth of experience in welding,each welding processes checked by strict QC standards to ensure the reliable quality.

 

2、Painting

Base Frame Powder Coating

Yingpai Power’s base fuel tanks choose high strength steel and first class quality paint,with reasonable design and solid welding ,large capacity,can adapt to the variety of severe conditions,the production processes are as follows:The steel plate after cutting should be welding accordance with process requirements,weld the bracket firstly and the tank,assemble the fuel tank with chassis(Sandblasting-increase powder adhesion ability),install fuel joints on the base frame,polishing the surface,clean the welding slag,transfer it to the sand blasting room,sand blasting use the compressed air as a driving force to form a high-speed jet beam which will jet spraying material to the metal surface (QC compare the surface with the standard card) and make the surface rough,it can increase the coating adhesive and to extend the paint durability,after sand blasting,compare to the standard roughness table,check whether it is satisfy the process requirements,after finishing sandblast,clean and polish the work piece,then transfer to the powder painting room to start electrostatic painting and then transfer to the Spray booth for drying (Finished base fuel tank,stable and durable).

3、Enclosure Powder Coating

Yingpai Power has advanced powder coating production line for all the canopies(Polishing,Hang up the canopy parts,clean the dust and welding slag),silent canopy is an important part of the generator set to provide de-noise,rain-proof de-dust, de-humidity and other functions,as generator sets need to adapt to the outdoor environment,the quality requirement of coating is very high (Washing),first of all the box should go through grinding,burring and polishing after being welded (Environmentally friendly ceramic process,Ceramic process ),and then hang these parts in transmission equipment(Dehydration drying furnace),secondly transmit the sheet metal parts to the degreased box and then two times washing,after washing is completed,start the vitrified step, then wash and dry again,thirdly to the electrostatic powder coating process in the powder room,then dry,after these,transfer them to the completion zone.In the end,transform them into the assemble line(Put finished parts in order).

 

4、Assembly

Yingpai Power has professional assemble lines,efficient assembling,assembly process has following process:Firstly ,aligning the base frame in right

place,lift the engine and generator to the chassis and complete the docking,assemble the engine and alternator on the anti-vibration rubbers,aligned the support legs then install the bolt,symmertic screw down the bolt accordance with the requirements for the torsion,after the installation of base frame and skeleton gen-sets,suspend the silent canopy to the upper chassis,descend slowly with the mounting holes aligned,put into the bolt,lock the bolt when all of the bolts are installed in accordance with mechanical engineer’s requirement,install hinge and the sealing ring on the access door,install the silencer,install the exhaust pipe,after that ,began to install the control cabinet,electrician install the module,circuit breaker and electrical components in accordance with the drawing requirement,,then link all kinds of sensors,after all parts installed,start quality inspection and transfer them to the position to be tested in the end.

 

5、Test system and test steps

Yingpai Power equip the test room with high-performance integrated test system,powerful analytical tools,achieve the real time measurement,analysis and monitoring on various parameters and performance of generator set,in constant temperature of 40 degree Celsius and ultra quiet testing room(sending the generator sets into test room), with different loads,can be done at any percentage of sudden load,sudden offload,and are able to display and save information of changes in form or graph,recovery time and curve in the loading,test system has following characteristics:

(1)the superior handling,quickly generate test reports,automatically determines the test results,

(3)powerful function real-time monitoring function offer the real-time operational data of generator set,Besides,optimize the test system and provide a more professional platform for the detection of generator sets,

(4)Meet a variety of stringent standards (Start generator sets) such as GJB235A-97,standard station General technical conditions",Every generator set of Yingpai Power must through this test.

6、Test steps are as follows:
(1)Generator set is placed into the appropriate location of the testing room to allow sufficient space for air intake and exhaust,

 

(2)The external inlet connected to the engine fuel return pipe,add oil to the engine pan,adds coolant to the water tank,(3)The load lines are connected to the output of the circuit breaker,(4)Outside the test room(Checking the condition of generator sets in the test room),start the intake and exhaust fan and then start the generator set,(5)In the control room operate the monitoring platform,reduce and increase loading test each performance parameter and automatically produce and analysis test report (Check the components under working),(6)If the product is qualified (Monitor in the central control room) gradually unload the entire load,let the generator run at idle load for 3 to 5 minutes,after that stop and drain the lubricant and coolant,7,when test completed, generator transported to the specified location,waiting for clearance and packing.
                             
7、Packing & Container loading

Use the wrapping film or plywood case as the package, for the silent canopy using bubble film as the package to protect paint of silent canopy;our warehouse is equipped with forklifts,crane, and the warehouse colleagues have rich Load container experience, maximizing loading space

and loading of containers, saving shipping costs under the premise of ensuring safety.
