We have various quality and specs products that could meet different market’ requirement. We have an ever-expanding range of diesel/ gas generator set, diesel engine driven power pack (such as diesel engine + water pumps, diesel engine + clutches, diesel engine +marine gear boxes), diesel engine, explosion-proof diesel engine for global customers and that meet CE Standards.

2. Our Service

Usually we contact customers by email and telephone. We also go abroad every 2 years to different market to visit our current customers. We’ll meet and talk face to face for a better understanding.

3. Our Integrity

We have consistently maintained our promise: “don’t sell to our current customer’s customers”. We will never reveal our customer’s company name or purchase scale without permission. We have the obligation that protect our current customers’ benefit and trade secrets.

4. Our Quality

It’s not easy to establish mutual trust, but we’ll make our best effort for that. We aim at long-term relationship and focus on quality and cooperation relationship maintenance. We won’t make bad quality goods to kill future market and cooperation.

4.1-Raw material control

At our local area, there are many raw material manufacturers and we keep good relationship with them. We have large and stable purchase quantity from them and they guarantee to supply stable quality material to us.

4.2-Workshop

Our workshop now complied with GB/T 19001-216/ISO9001：2015 quality management system . We has advanced laser cutting equipment, high-precision CNC punching equipment,Bending equipment,Welding equipment,Sand blasting equipment,Painting equipment,high-reliability testing bench & related production and assembly facility.

4.3-Quality Control

Take diesel generator set products as an example,complete by fully trained engineers, technicians, QC, QA, most of them are with more than 10 to 20 years’ working experience in generator industry.First, we will send the Gen-set configuration list & demand survey form to client for confirmation. The production of Gen-set is completed by skilled workers, 100% test before shipment, check the appearance of Gen-set again before shipment, and check whether the customer’s requirements for Gen-set configuration are consistent.For example, the start & stop time setting of Gen-set, parallel operation setting, operating language displayed on the control panel, etc.

After everything meets the requirements, the Gen-set is cleaned and packed, and the finished product transported to ventilated and dry area,waiting client order for shipment.

5. Customer Complains

If any customers make quality complains, we’ll forward it to our service team. They will report directly to our factory manager.

Usually we will hold a meeting with production, purchasing and packaging departments in 24 hours, and will response in 48 hours with feedback and solution.
