Explosion-proof treatment is performed on the intake and exhaust cavities of diesel engines to prevent combustion flames and sparks from being discharged to the outside.

Explosion-proof cooling system to control normal surface temperature, diesel engine water temperature and exhaust gas temperature.

Electrical components such as starters, alternnator, batteries, switches and meters are explosion-proof to eliminate or control arcs and sparks.

Anti-collision spark measures such as anti-static transmission belts and non-metallic fans are adopted.

Automatic control and shutdown system, automatic sensing and flameout shutdown protection for over-temperature point, diesel oil pressure, speed, etc.

(2) Explosion-proof system: Provide active explosion-proof safety protection for diesel units used in Zone 2 hazardous locations

Continuously monitor the concentration of explosive gas in the working environment of the engine, as well as engine water temperature, exhaust temperature, oil pressure and speed, and automatically alarm or shut down when it reaches the limit value.

Equipped with intake shut-off valve, exhaust heat exchanger, etc., to control the surface temperature of main heating parts.
